Making A Purchase:

To buy from our online collection click 'add to basket' next to the items you wish to buy this will put them into your shopping cart.
We accept payment through Paypal, Google Checkout or by Cheque. We do not charge you for using this service which is quick and easy. If you are shopping outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Prices are shown in British Pound Sterling only. Goods will be dispatched on receipt of confirmation of payment from Paypal.
We can accept orders and payments by telephone, fax, email and through our website. After you have placed your order, we will send a confirmation email to you summarising the order. We accept payment in Pounds Sterling by cheques made payable to “Hetties Tearooms”. The company name on your statement will be “Hetties Tearooms”

Delivery Schedule:

We will normally dispatch your order within 7 business days of receiving payment confirmation.

Your Right to Cancel

We hope that you will be entirely happy with your purchases, however, you do have the right to cancel your order at any time after it has been made until seven working days after the day of receipt of your goods with the exception of perishable items. Please give us notice, by e-mail or post, of your wish to cancel. In the case of cancellation within the stated period a full refund will be made, including postage and packaging costs. Please note that loose tea is regarded as fresh food and therefore cannot be returned.

Post and Packing

Orders for bags of tea weighing up to 1200g postage is £3.50.
Larger orders and hampers are sent in a box and postage is £6.50 per box.
A box can fit one hamper plus one or two bags of tea or up to 6 bags of tea.
